Interior design is available for an additional $20 - full page, b/w interior design based on main cover image – JPG, PDF
 
The interior design bundle is available for an additional $30:

- interior design 3d mockup

Any additional print or audio version is $30 (hardcover, audiobook, 2nd publisher, etc.)
